Deine Aufgaben
-
Erstellung und Buchung von Transportaufträgen unter Berücksichtigung von Lieferbedingungen, Transportarten (Silo, Palette, Gefahrgut), Lade- und Verpackungseinheiten sowie zulässiger Gewichte und Ladungssicherung
-
Koordination und Kommunikation mit beauftragten Speditionen, inkl. Zeitfenstervergabe, Warenbereitstellung und Umlagerung
-
Pflege des Warenkalenders (Ein-/Ausgänge) und Erstellung von Versand- und Zolldokumenten
-
Unterstützung bei Abfalltransporten und Auswertung von Transportdaten (Lieferzeiten, Kosten)
-
Auswahl, Bewertung und strategische Weiterentwicklung des Spediteur-Portfolios inkl. Marktbeobachtung und Benchmarking
-
Mitwirkung bei Preisverhandlungen, Vertragsgestaltung und Auditierung von Logistikpartnern
-
Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Lager, Technik, Projektmanagement und Kunden zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe
Deine Qualifikation
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (idealerweise Speditionskaufmann/-frau) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung in Transportlogistik, Disposition und Auftragsabwicklung
Deine Kompetenzen
Fachlich

Erfahrung in der Transportlogistik und Disposition (Tourenplanung, Zeitfenstersteuerung, Kapazitätsmanagement) sowie in der Auswahl, Bewertung und Vertragsverhandlung mit nationalen/internationalen Partnern
-
Umgang mit ERP- und Transportmanagementsystemen (z. B. SAP, Oracle) sowie digitalen Avisierungs- und Trackingtools
-
Grundkenntnisse in Zoll & Außenhandel (Exportdokumente, Incoterms)

Analytisches Denken zur Auswertung von Transportdaten und Optimierungspotenzialen
